Casandra Tanenbaum, creator of Flow Fest, will take us through a powerful session of hooping, flow and connection! No experience needed. Bring your dancing shoes (or simply take off your shoes!)

Luz Nazario hosts the Kids Zone: This fun and dynamic class helps kids grow strong and confident! We use playful poses and movement to build balance, strength, and coordination. Every session includes mindfulness exercises to teach children how to breathe, focus, and manage their feelings. Give your child the tools to be a happy, centered, and resilient little warrior!
