Whether you're a new mom or have toddlers, this class offers a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and bonding exercises to support your postpartum journey while engaging with your baby. This class is designed for babies ages 3 months to 18 months.

300+ hours, Pre- & Post-Natal Certified yoga instructor with over 3 years of experience, Severine offers compassionate and transformative classes that help you stay present and connected to your body. As a new mom herself, she understands the needs and challenges of motherhood and provides a safe, supportive space for you and your baby to connect through movement and breathwork.
