Mezcal Pairing Dinner at the Mezcal Culture Fest

This one-night-only event celebrates the deep-rooted traditions of Mexican cuisine, expertly crafted to highlight the symbiotic relationship between heritage corn and artisanal mezcal.

Beyond an extraordinary dining experience, this event supports S.A.C.R.E.D., a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the rural Mexican communities where agave spirits are made. Through sustainable initiatives—such as planting over 75,000 agave seedlings, building rain-harvest systems, and empowering local farmers—S.A.C.R.E.D. ensures the preservation of mezcal’s cultural and environmental legacy.
