The Masterclass features an inspiring spiritual talk, a flowing vinyasa yoga session accompanied by a custom-crafted original soundtrack, followed by an empowering meditation and a deeply restorative guided relaxation.

Info: A Tantric Rose Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony. Somatic Release, Breathwork, African Dance and Intuitive Dance mini- workshop with an Ecstatic Dance and meditation adventure to close and rejoice together in community and celebration

Info: Bringing beats to move your body and soul! Barbi is a yoga teacher and DJ who will guide you into new dimensions. Casandra Tanenbaum, creator of Flow Fest, will take us through a powerful session of hooping, flow and connection! No experience needed. Bring your dancing shoes (or simply take off your shoes!)

Luz Nazario hosts the Kids Zone: This fun and dynamic class helps kids grow strong and confident! We use playful poses and movement to build balance, strength, and coordination. Every session includes mindfulness exercises to teach children how to breathe, focus, and manage their feelings. Give your child the tools to be a happy, centered, and resilient little warrior!
