Join us for an afternoon of emotional release! Our body stores emotions we don't even know we carry, come box & let it go!

About this Event

Come Join Us at Gotham Gym Miami for Anger Release with The Kareen Method!

Anger & emotions are stored in our body & we often don't even know it.
Come release your anger loudly, physically & cathartically.

We will come together and learn to find the places in our body that are holding onto anger for us.
Gotham Gym instructor will take us through a boxing class where we will scream, swear, sweat & box out our anger, releasing our bodies from the burden of carrying our emotions.
Grounding & integrating together, Kareen will lead us through a meditation to bring new space and grounding into our bodies
