# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Zagdegra - Art Exhibition & Book Launch
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 07:30 pm
- **Event Description**: Live music and poetry, to launch an art exhibition at Fox Gallery (upstairs). Followed by an open mic (for acoustic music or poetry) with slots of 5+ mins (approx).

The verse (set to music in parts) tells of the adventures of a young lass, in the long long ago. She studied mystical arts and found a way to Zagdegra - the place where lost people, those banished in folk tales go - to be cared for by Dragons. By flying with them. AND it should be noted, the current global trend for demonising or weaponising dragons is so historically wrong. Learn why; come to the show!

Note - there is a nominal door charge of £3 per person to cover our costs. Feel free to donate larger amounts
