Upper Downs Road Shingle Sprint

The Ashburton Car Club is pleased to announce the upcoming Clubsport Advanced Bent Sprint, held at Upper Downs Road in Mt Somers on February 28th, 2026.

The event documentation and scrutineering is scheduled to begin at 8:00am and features a course consisting of an approximately 7.5km uphill run followed by a 7.5km return.

Expressions of interest are now open.

The entry fee is $190.00 if submitted by February 22nd, 2026, after which a late entry fee of $220.00 will apply.

Detailed regulations and online entry forms will be available shortly on our website and via MotorSport Online.

Additionally, we are seeking at least 10 volunteers to assist with the event operations. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Kim directly at 0279074001.
