This is a residential retreat, with morning yoga/movement/dance sessions, nature walks, group sessions, meditation, circle sharing. A 24/7 total immersion process, with plenty of individual processing time too. 

Denie & Shelley Hiestand met 30 years ago in New Zealand where they were teaching workshops at a gathering and have taught together all over the world since 1996. Denie retired from teaching approximately 10 years ago to focus on developing a healing skin care line. Shelley completed her PhD specializing in Human Sexuality in 2013. Denie has been enticed out of retirement (Thank-you Julie!) to teach one more Vibrational Wellness/Energy Awareness Retreat in New Zealand, Feb 1-6, 2026.

Held at a gorgeous lodge at the base of the mountains in the South Island of New Zealand.
