Fleet Feet Metairie and On Running will be collaborating to help runners go the extra mile this fall. If you are an intermediate runner who wishes to train up to a 10k or half marathon, this is the program for you! This 12 week program is designed to help train intermediate runners for the upcoming Big Easy Halloween Half in October 2025. We will be meeting Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Bonnabel Boat Launch starting August 12, 2025.


Here’s what you can expect:

- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

There is a one-time registration fee of $10. This goes toward supplies for the program, such as pre- and post-run nutrition, hydration, and more. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
