Breathwork Circle

Erin Snow, your certified breathwork guide, will take you on a powerful journey of breathing and intention to relieve stress, regulate your nervous system, and enhance your health and wellbeing. Bring water to drink (breathwork can be dehydrating) and a yoga mat (or borrow one), as well as any creature comforts for this reclined 75-minute experience. A blanket, pillow, and eye mask or weighted eye pillow are common props.
