For this one-night event, our culinary team is presenting off-menu tapas crafted to surprise and delight, including:
• Chimichurri Octopus — seared octopus with fennel, pine nuts, cilantro, and vibrant chimichurri
• Squash Blossom Salad — yellow & green squash, cherry tomatoes, basil, and chile oil
• Prime Rib Pie — rosemary, thyme, Guinness, puff pastry, and mirepoix

Each course will be paired with limited-selection wines and sparkling sake, including:
• Choryo Sawasawa Sparkling Sake
• Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc
• Gravel & Loam Sauvignon Blanc
• Mary Taylor Douro Tinto
• Avaniel Ribera del Duero Tempranillo

This intimate experience is $55 per person, with seating every 30 minutes beginning at 5pm, allowing you to enjoy each pairing in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
