Each class begins with breath work and moves into a slow paced practice that will relax the body and mind. Poses are done on the floor and are held from 2 to 5 minutes which results in a deeper stretch that releases fascia and improves joint mobility. The main focus is the lower body where we tend to hold more tension.
If you’ve been sitting at a desk or driving all day, wanting to reduce stress, anxiety, increase circulation this is a class for you.
In this class we will use blankets, straps and blocks to support your body while you slowly deepen into your pose.
