Sip & Sound: Botanicals, Mindful Movement & Sound Healing

Join us for a chill in-person event where you can sip on refreshing botanicals while exploring mindful movement and experiencing the magic of sound healing. It’s all about relaxing your mind, reconnecting with your body, and soaking in resonant frequencies.

All levels are welcome—no experience necessary. Simply come as you are.

Instructor Bio:

Crystal is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and certified Advanced Yoga Nidra practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training and more than a decade of teaching experience. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to every body, blending mindfulness, movement, and the healing power of sound to support nervous system regulation and deep inner transformation
