You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions).
