From there, a guided Breathwork journey will help you release tension, emotion, and stories held in the nervous system. We close by dancing it all out in Ecstatic Dance: free-form, judgment-free movement to music that takes you somewhere you didn't know you needed to go.Whether you're new to ceremonial work or a seasoned practitioner, this evening offers a beautiful and grounding reset, a chance to reconnect with your body, your joy, and the people around you.Doors open at 6 for settling in.
