A Guided Intention-Setting & Visioning Experience

Insightful Intentions is a heart-centered, guided workshop facilitated by Debra Allen & Michelle Cintron, created to support women (or individuals – if men are joining)

in gaining clarity, alignment, and direction for the year ahead.

The experience opens with grounding, introductions, and shared intentions, allowing participants to arrive fully and connect in a supportive, intimate setting. From there, you will be guided through reflective exercises and journaling practices designed to uncover what matters most and to name meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Participants then move into a creative integration portion, using images and words as tools to anchor their intentions and bring them into form. This experience focuses on intention setting, the vision board is a tool, not the goal. No artistic skill or prior experience is needed.

The gathering concludes with a closing circle for reflection, integration, and grounding before transitioning back into daily life.

All supplies will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring a photo of themselves and any pre-cut quotes or mantras they wish to include.
