Hold Me Tight ® Couples Group Workshop

Join us for a meaningful and growth-centered experience in our Hold Me Tight® Couples Group at The Arizona Relationship Institute 💙

This in-person 6-session series over 12 weeks begins April 11, 2026 and meets every other Saturday in our East Mesa office.

Based on the book Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love by Sue Johnson, this structured group is designed to help couples better understand their emotional needs and attachment patterns.

Throughout the series, you and your partner will:

✨ Identify and break negative communication cycles
✨ Learn how to respond to each other with greater empathy and safety
✨ Strengthen emotional and physical intimacy
✨ Build a more secure, lasting bond

Through guided conversations, practical exercises, and therapist support, you’ll gain tools to communicate more effectively, navigate conflict in healthier ways, and deepen your connection over time.
