She has also continued her education in the mental health field by receiving certifications in Marriage & Family Therapy, Compulsive & Addictive Behavior, and Play Therapy from Capella University. She currently runs a virtual private practice, specializing in trauma work and has completed a 50-Hour Certification of Completion in EMDR. \n     In 2018 she completed a certification program in aromatherapy and in February of 2019 became a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
