Guided Meditation Take a few moments to relax, breathe, and arrive fully in the present moment through a gentle guided meditation. Introductions & Community Conversation We’ll have an opportunity to introduce ourselves (only if you’re comfortable) and share what brought us here. This is a judgment-free space where every woman is welcome to participate—or simply listen. Shaping Our Community Together Because this is our very first gathering, I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas. We’ll talk about what kinds of future circles, workshops, topics, and events would best support the women in our community. Closing Reflection & Prayer We’ll close the evening with gratitude, encouragement, and a final prayer.
