This is a women-only, judgement-free movement & dance session designed to help you release tension, get out of your head, and reconnect with your body.

There is no choreography, no pressure, and no need to “know how to dance.”

You’ll be guided through somatic movement, breath, music, and free dance so you can move in your own way, at your own pace, to your own rhythm.

Come to release stress, soften emotional heaviness, reconnect with yourself, and have fun in a safe, supportive space with other women who are ready to move, release, express, and remember the joy of being in their bodies.
