St Davids Hall, Merthyr Sound Bath

Sound Bath – St David’s Hall, Merthyr
Saturday 21st March | 2:00pm–3:00pm

An hour in the middle of your weekend to properly switch off.

This immersive sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system and create deep, steady rest without effort. You’ll lie down comfortably while surrounded by layered sound from crystal bowls, gongs and grounding instruments.

No experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve. You simply rest while the sound supports the body in unwinding naturally.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket (you will cool down)
Pillow/cushion for support
Water

Doors open 15 minutes before start time. The session begins promptly at 2:00pm.

Suitable for ages 12+.

If you’ve been running on empty or feeling overstimulated, this is your pause. One hour. No demands. Just space.
