Welcome to Creativity & Connection!
Are you a carer or someone being cared for?
Join us for a FREE, inclusive, and joyful journey of creativity, relaxation, and community.
12 Weeks (term-time only) of creative fun for carers and the people they care for, plus a public art exhibition and a celebration buffet in Week 13.
Enjoy:
Mindfulness mandalas.
Clay creations.
Rock and 3D painting (snails, frogs and owls etc).
Watercolours and acrylics.
Collaborative canvases.
A relaxing sound bath.
And weekly creative journaling.
Make friends, express yourself, and boost your wellbeing.
No experience needed – All materials provided!
Spaces are limited – reserve early!
Dip in and out for sessions you're interested in or attend them all!

Terms times and school holiday periods are accommodated as much as possible for those with childcare responsibilities. But we can only account for these dates from our own Local Authority.
Breaks and holiday periods:
22nd and 29th December 2025 - Christmas and New Year school break
16th February 2026 - Half term break
We conclude just in time for the school holiday break that starts the week ending 27th March 2026
