Beginners Yoga

Easy Beginners Yoga - a gentle Hatha Flow at Merthyr Central Library.



This class is pay what you can (recommended minimum £5)

If you're unable to pay, please know this class is still for you - just let the instructor or one of the staff at the library know.

Bring your own mat, or hire one for just £1

As the cooler months roll in, yoga will help keep your body from stiffening and support your wellbeing through winter.
