About the book: The Gifts of Imperfection is about embracing vulnerability and letting go of the pressure to be “perfect.” We are encouraged to cultivate wholehearted living by practicing courage, compassion, and connection, and by shedding shame and self-criticism. Through personal stories, research, and reflective exercises, she offers guidance on how to live more authentically and with greater resilience.
