SEVA for others

SEVA means selfless service. In this class, you’ll learn the SEVA acupressure protocol with a focus on sharing it with others. It is great to practice on our kids, spouse, loved ones in a nursing home or anyone that you know who can benefit from deep relaxation and restoring balance within the body. This gentle, clothed practice supports relaxation, eases stress, and creates deeper connection through caring touch.
