Motherdough Cottage Bakery Sourdough Class

Learn the art of making sour dough bread. Make starter dough (starter dough for all attendees) so you will be able to take home and let bulk ferment & bake at home. Learn techniques to stretch & fold, shape & then scoring the dough. Instruction for maintaining & understanding your starter dough.

Your artisan host is Sandra Thomae (Owner Motherdough Cottage Bakery).

Street parking is available and also there's a free municipal parking lot across the street from our venue.

The Creative Spirit Bar is open for all events serving a curated international wine selection, a variety of craft & domestic beer, signature cocktails, soft drinks and coffee.
