EAR SEEDS - AURICULAR THERAPY

Ear seeds (auricular therapy) are rooted in reflexology, where points on the ear reflect the entire body. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how placing tiny seeds on specific ear points can help reduce stress, support pain relief, improve sleep, and promote balance. Simple, gentle self-care techniques. All materials provided.
