If you experience or witness any unsolicited behavior or uncomfortable situations:
1 If you feel safe doing so, make a clear attempt to set a boundary with the individual involved. Sometimes, a direct and respectful communication can resolve misunderstandings.
2 If the issue persists or you feel unsafe, please immediately contact any CBKF team member or reach out directly to Juste Pehoua or Kimiko Sumner. We are here to listen and act—on the spot.
All reports will be taken seriously and handled with discretion. After hearing from both parties and assessing the situation, we will determine the appropriate course of action. This may include:
• Mediation between the individuals involved
• A warning
• Or, if necessary, escorting the individual(s) regardless of gender, out of the event, depending on the severity of the incident.
