   I started this year by correcting a problem with my left foot that's been bothering me for years. I had surgery on January 2nd and have to be off my feet for a week, followed by a month of wearing a "boot" and playing while sitting down. But after the healing is done, I expect to be a bit bouncier on my feet, just like Fred Astaire!
(or maybe Fred Mertz, we'll see)

   My first gig of the new year will be this
SATURDAY JAN 10th, which happens to be the 10th Anniversary of David Bowie's passing. 
Come celebrate the Life & Music of the Thin White Duke from 4:00 - 7:00pm at
McGRATH'S on Main St in Farmingdale.

   Speaking of all things Bowie, my Tribute Band BOWIE STATION is coming to 
DARYL'S HOUSE in Pawling NY on
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 27th
8:00pm Showtime
