Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this event is perfect for everyone—especially if you’re looking for a fun and furry way to relieve school stress!Event Details:Yoga session 1-5:00-5:45pmYoga session 2-6:00-6:45pmO'Pake Recreation Center, Sports CourtMonarch Yoga PHL instructor Sarah Thompson will guide you through each calming, 45-minute class while the dogs roam and play.Puppy Meet & Greet: Snuggle time with rescue puppies 6:45-7:15pm.What You Need: Just bring your yoga mat or towel—To Love a Canine Rescue (TLC) will bring the pups!This event is exclusively for Saint Joseph's University students and tickets are not available to the general public.Space is limited to the first 75 participants in each yoga session, and tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.Don’t miss this pawsome opportunity to de-stress with yoga and make a difference by supporting TLC. Nama'stay and play with puppies!*Please note that as this is a fundraising event, the only dogs allowed on the class floor are the dogs of TLC. Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses™ is the organizer of incredibly fun yoga classes which help raise money for various animal rescue groups. We are NOT a rescue. We are NOT a yoga studio. We are NOT a venue. We ARE the ones who coordinate with all parties involved and bring them together, to create magic!Our events are 1-hour mixed level yoga classes in which adorable ADOPTABLE rescue puppies and dogs are allowed to roam the floor OFF LEASH! You get to cuddle and play with the pups as much as you’d like during your yoga class. How much fun is that?! A portion of all ticket sales is then donated to the participating rescue.In addition to the donation we make, you’re helping to socialize the dogs, and giving them some great time to just play, outside of their usual environment. If you fall in love with any of the pups, you can apply to take them home! So you’re doing your body good--and your soul good--while doing good for dogs!"
