The TRS Foundation and Golden Hammer initiative were created to invest in the future of the trades—supporting young men and women who are ready to learn, work hard, and build meaningful careers in construction and skilled professions.

Through partnerships with local builder associations, industry leaders, and businesses across the Treasure Valley, our goal is to create real opportunities through scholarships, mentorship, and community support.

⛳ On May 1st, we’re bringing that mission to life at our first Golden Hammer Golf Tournament.

This event is more than just a day on the course—it’s a chance to come together as an industry and make a lasting impact.
