Nutrition Lecture and Cooking Class

Albert Lu, owner and coach at MetFix Boise in Boise, ID, will hold a lecture presentation on "What is Nutrition?" and teach about the ROS Hypothesis of Obesity and Lipotoxicity, which will help connect all the dots and make the unseen seen, metabolically.

He will explain the implications of this new perspective, and provide the guidance on what actions each participant should make based on that.

He will hand it off to Alicia, owner of Cooks and Books in Meridian, ID, to show how to make a healthy recipe from The Daily Fix.
