As part of The MAX's new exhibition, Build Your World, John Jennings will visit the library to share how he creates imaginative worlds through comics, graphic novels, folklore, history, Afrofuturism, and storytelling.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from one of the most innovative creators working in comics and speculative fiction today, learn about the creative process behind graphic novels and comic books, and discover how Mississippi's stories and culture inspire world-building and artistic expression.
