Enjoy a time in God’s beautiful creation, soaking up the sun while stretching and strengthening our bodies. Let the kids play on the playground nearby with some trusted adult supervision so you can relax, focus and breathe!

Two class styles each day: 

9am ?‍♀️
Bring a mat, we’ll be working on and off the ground

10am ? 
We’ll have a chair for you to use as a prop. We’ll sit and stand using the chair for balance and proper alignment
