An Intimate Acoustic Evening with Gregory Alan Isakov

Gregory Alan Isakov has created an impressive presence in the indie-rock and folk worlds (and caught the attention of country music fans as well) with his eight albums. The Grammy Award-nominated “Evening Machines” topped the Billboard Americana/Folk Albums chart and reached number 48 on the overall Billboard 200. Of his most recent album, 2023’s “Appaloosa Bones,” MOJO Magazine said, “His velvet baritone glides over elegant and shimmering Wild West mirages.” The Associated Press proclaimed, “He has that magical ability to convey both urgency and grandeur at the same time.” His tasteful guitar playing, deeply personal lyrics, and soulful charisma, set against the beautiful backdrop of the MSU Riley Center theater, promise a magical experience. Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 19.
