- **Event Description**: This year’s Year 6 Celebration of Success will be held on the morning of Friday 5 December at 9.30am at Meridan College’s Sports Performance Centre followed by a morning tea for parents, carers and our Year 6 students. This Ceremony is a celebration of the completion of primary schooling and an opportunity to acknowledge your child’s achievements.
The Year 6 teachers would like to take this opportunity to invite families into their child’s classroom prior to our ceremony, to view some of the amazing work that we have been doing in our Visual Arts unit. Classroom doors will be open at 8.55am.
Please find below some important information regarding preparing for, and attending this event.
 Dress
Whilst this is a special event for your child and family, we encourage parents to minimise the expense when choosing clothing for their children. We suggest that our students dress as they would when going to a wedding as a guest.
 Student Sign Out
Many families choose to celebrate this day by going out to lunch with their children following this event.
