This one-off 90-minute session gives players a taste of what representative basketball training looks and feels like.

Players will:
• Train in a rep-style environment
• Be challenged with higher-intensity drills and game situations
• Learn the pace, standards, and expectations of rep basketball

A parent information session is also included, providing clarity on U12 representative basketball, the commitment involved, and how Prep 2 Rep fits into a player’s development.

This session is not a trial and not a selection session - it’s about preparation, confidence, and understanding what comes next.
