Entry Fees – Per Class/Test
Open/Amateur Rider $35.00 per class/test
Junior Rider (17yrs & Under) $20.00 per class/test
Changes Or Late Fee (after closing Date) $40.00 per class/test/per change
**Horses are only allowed a MAXIMUM of 4 x Under saddle/Ridden classes per day & can participate in an additional 4 x ground classes per day **
Rider Definitions
OPEN Rider: 18years & older, who does make a living or receiving income from training, teaching/lessons or clinics
AMATEUR Rider: 18yrs & older who does not make a living or receiving income from training, teaching/lessons or clinic
JUNIOR Rider: 17yrs and under

Types of Tests
o Ridden Tests (Walk Jog & Walk Jog Lope): are ridden in a 40x20m court
o Ridden Challenge Test: ridden in 40x20m court, similar to ridden tests but incorporate Pole patterns Refer to www.cowboydressageworld.com – cowboy dressage the courts.
o Partnership Tests: both ‘Partnership on the ground’ and ‘Partnership under saddle’ and conducted in a 20x20m court

Please be aware that Saturday will be a FULL day of competition so be sure to do your maximum allowed test on Saturday, where as Sunday will be a shorter day of competition (Limited time), so all results can be collaborated and presentations can all be conducted before at a respectable time in the afternoon.
Honorary High Point Score Awards: Is a special award given for the highest scoring test, Riders may choose to ride in one of these categories if applicable, not compulsory.
Riders may choose to ride in honour of a Veteran or a Cancer Survivor

Payment is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

Yards/Camping – Use of yards is a first in best dressed and are at no addition cost, don’t panic there are lots of yards. Camping is allowed, no powered sites, generators may be used between the times of 6am and Midnight.
Please indicated if you are camping on the Nomination form.
Please remember to CLEAN UP YOUR HORSES POO!!! In the yards and around your float. Your horse , your horses poop, your responsibility to pick up!!
There is a designated manure pit, please use it. There are a few Manure scoops available but best to bring your own scoop rake.
There will be a Raffle with some amazing prizes, will run over the two days and will be drawn on Sunday after the completion of the final test ridden.
Canteen : there will be a small canteen on site - TBC
