Transformational Breathwork is a powerful ACTIVE breathing meditation for self-healing. This practice appeals especially to people who enjoy yoga, as it addresses the mind, body, and spirit of the individual. 

You will be learning a 2 stage 'pranayama yoga' breath, which is the active portion of the practice, and sometimes called the 'work' part of breathwork. The active breathing segment is followed by an integration, or rest period. This is all done to specific music while lying down on a yoga mat. Bolsters, blankets are recommended, eye masks are provided. 


This breathing technique literally quiets the mind so that the heart can open and heal. When this happens trapped emotions, stuck energy and deep trauma can be released. A modality that must be experienced to appreciate.
