Step into the church basement kitchen for another round of laughter, love, and lutefisk! This time, it’s 1969, and while the world is shifting above ground , the ladies of the Lutheran church are navigating changes of their own.
With their signature heartwarming humor, hilarious antics and memorable melodies, these unforgettable women take us from the Luther League Banquet to Missionary Night, all the way to the rise and fall of a Vikings Super Bowl Sunday.
From the wise kitchen matriarch to the expectant young mother, this tight-knit group finds strength and joy through the ups and downs — all from beneath the “House of God.”
