What happens when you put postcards and cocktails in the same room? We can only hope a whole lot of questionable handwriting, stamps stuck to foreheads, and new pen pals across the globe wondering what on earth is going on in Mercer, Wisconsin.
Join us as we:
Sign and send official Postcrossing meetup postcards (your autograph may soon be in Estonia).
Swap cards, stamps, and stationery like it’s the middle school lunchroom economy all over again.
Teach newcomers how Postcrossing works (spoiler: you send a card, you get a card, and sometimes it even arrives).
Tell stories, eat, drink, laugh, and probably doodle on at least one postcard after the third round. [not drinking is fully supported also!]

Whether you’re a seasoned Postcrosser, a closet stationery addict, or just a barfly looking for a new way to embarrass yourself in ink—this is your night to shine. We may or may not load up the nerds onto a pontoon for a cruise afterwards.
Come for the postcards. Stay for the stories. Leave with new friends (and possibly a pen pal in Uzbekistan).
Free! If you are mildly confused, come anyway. We will explain this very fun and FREE (except postage) hobby! Perfect for anyone who enjoys mystery, surprises and getting mail!
No need to RSVP, just come on over. Bar/restaurant will be open as usual in case you need nourishment. Bring some postcards to trade, if you want. We will be giving out free Island View post cards to attendees. Keep em or mail em!
