ROW FOR MI: ERGATHON FUNDRAISER
Mercer Island is getting its FIRST rowing club, and we need your support! Join us for our inaugural ergathon fundraiser as we work to bring this incredible sport to our island community.
WHEN: March 1st at 1:00 PM
WHERE: Orange Theory Fitness Mercer Island (2601 76th Ave SE)
REGISTRATION: $20 per participant
GOAL: Raise $20K for MI Rowing Club!
THE CHALLENGE: Row a combined 20km – the distance around Mercer Island!
What's an ergathon? Teams will row the full 20km circumference of our island on rowing machines while raising funds for equipment, facilities, and making rowing accessible to everyone on Mercer Island.
Join a team, create your own, or fly solo – we'll match you with your peers! Fundraising goals: $200 individual / $2k per team (encouraged)
Why it matters: We're building something special here – a rowing program for all ages and abilities, creating connections to our waterfront community and honoring MI's rich rowing heritage (hello, Boys in the Boat!).
