Each class will provide a workout led by our expert coach. Swimmers will receive three additional workouts to use throughout the week to continue training on their own. See how far your lap swimming can go in a supportive environment. So, grab those goggles and swim caps, and come make waves with us as we turn laps into leaps towards achieving your swimming goals – let’s make every stroke count!
