About the event

Join veteran home cheesemaker Linda Conroy for a fun and interactive class introducing the essentials of home cheesemaking. Students will learn about basic ingredients, tools, and procedures while making and tasting several styles of cheese. The class will cover flavor profiles, uses and pairings for cheese, sourcing milk, and using whey. Participants will leave with recipes, instructions, samples, and even a culture to begin their own cheesemaking journey. Whether you continue making cheese at home or simply enjoy the experience, cheese will never look the same!
