We Thrive Together Ohio- committed to making the world better through innovation and collaboration.

Getting to We, Inc--Founder Dr Deborah Plummer a thought leader on equity, connection, diversity and strategies to turn Us and Them into We! Enough of Us Together carrying all of us forward.

Stefani Schaefer — Emmy Award-winning news anchor whose personal journey reminds us that courage isn't always about overcoming adversity. Sometimes it's about learning to live with uncertainty, holding on to hope, and finding room for joy even in the midst of profound loss.

Remembering Rena Ferber Finder — Holocaust survivor whose extraordinary life and message continue to challenge and inspire us. Through a special recorded reflection, we will honor Rena's legacy and the voices of those who survived one of humanity's darkest chapters.

As fewer survivors remain to tell their stories, the responsibility of remembering — and acting on what we have learned — belongs to us.

We are now the eyewitnesses.

And being an eyewitness carries a responsibility. To recognize hatred and prejudice, to challenge indifference, and to find the courage to act rather than look away.

That is the heart of Step Into Courage. Not simply being moved by someone else's courage, but asking ourselves:

What will I do with what I now know?

This is what Step Into Courage is all about. Bringing people together, sharing the lessons life has taught us, and asking what we can do with what we've learned.

Big shout out to those who donated raffle baskets especially our youngest entrepreneur 10 year, Cora Sanden.

There are a few tables left!

Can't wait to share this afternoon with you!
