Salt Cave Breathwork Class

Experience the magic of breathwork in a serene setting, inside a cozy himalayan salt cave. Feel your stress melt away as you are guided to breathe deeply and experience the plethora of health benefits from the salt-infused air. It’s the perfect way to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself.

Please wear comfy clothing and bring a blanket for internal temperature fluctuations, you will be resting and able to recline in anti-gravity chairs.

PLEASE ARRIVE BY 4:45pm FOR CHECK IN, we will plan to start promptly at 5pm.
