Junior MMA Sparring Night!

Ages: 5 to 12 years old.

Cost: either $20 or FREE to any/all of our monthly paying members.

Stipulations: are the kids either need to have their own shinguards/boxing gloves and or the parents need to show up and dig through our box to make sure they can get their kids, shinguards and boxing gloves if we have enough in the community use box. Mouthpieces are mandatory no mouthpiece no sparring.

Details: The coaches will be sparring with the kids, but we will also put together some select matchups for the kids based on size and experience. Some coaching will happen helping the kids with defensive techniques as well as offensive.
