Andrea is the Memory Care Director at Vitalia Mentor. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, she has spent 26 years in senior living, including 11 years dedicated to supporting and educating staff and families. Andrea’s passion is creating purpose and fulfillment for individuals living with dementia, ensuring each person feels valued and understood. Guided by kindness, empathy, and compassion, she believes anything is possible when care is centered on respect and meaningful connection.
