First Course: Charcuterie with brie, gouda, pepperjack, pepperoni, and candied pecans — paired with a crisp Prosecco Brut
Second Course: Broccoli Cheddar Soup — paired with a buttery Chardonnay
Third Course: Slow-cooked Chuck Roast with potatoes, onions, and carrots — paired with a rich Chianti
