We will meet at Sportz Pub & Grill at 2:30PM to get everyone together. We will then move to the staging area together between 3:00PM-3:30PM.
Decorating can be finalized in the staging area, so no one loses any larger decorations and inflatables during the convoy from Sportz.
The parade is scheduled to begin at 4:30PM and we are currently listed as being in the 29th position (out of 51).
Points to keep in mind if you are planning to attend this parade...
1) We need to keep pace and keep the group together.

"Please avoid gaps in the parade. Stay close to the unit in front of you. Please do not allow your parade performance to interrupt the parade’s flow."
2) If you plan on handing out candy, please know that they are VERY serious about their policy about handing it out. Do NOT throw candy from the Jeeps. You will need to have someone walking and handing it out to the spectators.

"No candy or favors are to be tossed from any moving vehicles, floats, or autos for safety reasons. Candy may only be distributed at street level within 3’ of the curb and must be handed to parade spectators. This is imperative. Any group NOT complying will be subject to removal from the parade and not invited back next
